Job Description: Sony India Software Centre is seeking an experienced MSD Finance and Operations Lead Functional Consultant (Supply Chain) to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about finance, operations, and technology, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our supply chain operations and financial processes. You will be responsible for providing functional expertise in MSD 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on supply chain management and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities: Functional Expertise :
Provide functional expertise in supply chain operations, focusing on the integration of finance and operations within the supply chain domain.
Analyze financial data, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain processes to meet business objectives.
Solution Design :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for supply chain finance and operations that align with business goals.
Ensure the solutions effectively address business needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Business Analysis :
Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement within the supply chain finance and operations functions.
Assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
Project Management :
Lead projects related to supply chain finance and operations, coordinating with various teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Ensure successful implementation and timely delivery of projects.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and supply chain teams, to gather requirements and understand their needs.
Communicate the impact of proposed solutions and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and execution of projects.
Training and Support :
Provide training and support to end-users on new processes, systems, and tools to ensure smooth adoption and transition.
Offer continuous support to ensure users are confident in utilizing new solutions.
Continuous Improvement :
Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement within supply chain finance and operations.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation in supply chain processes.
Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory Skills :
Expertise in MSD 365 Finance and Operations , specifically in Supply Chain modules.
Strong understanding of supply chain management and financial operations.
Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize solutions for finance and supply chain processes.
Experience :
6 to 18 years of experience in supply chain and finance operations, with hands-on experience in MSD 365 Finance and Operations .
Previous experience in leading functional consulting roles and managing projects.
Strong business analysis skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
