You will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that leverage AI to automate business workflows and enable agentic processes. This role requires a strong background in Python development, familiarity with LLMs, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.Desired Skills and Experience :-Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of backend development experience, with a focus on PythonMinimum 1 year of experience in machine learning or data scienceProficiency in Python programming and building workflows that leverage LLMsHands-on experience working with LLMs, particularly in designing evaluation benchmarks for LLM-based agents.Proficiency in scripting and automation in UNIX/Linux environmentsSolid understanding of Git, and version control workflowsStrong analytical problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailPassion for working with data and exploring innovative AI technologies.Experience with frontend frameworks such as React and basic DevOps principles is a plusFamiliarity with tools like Roo Code, Synaptic, ChatGPT, Gemini, and GitHub Copilot is an advantageKey Responsibilities :-Design and implement Python-based tools powered by LLMs to automate workflows and enhance productivity across the teamDevelop scripts and applications to address business requirements and optimize operationsEnsure the health, performance, reliability, and scalability of tools, databases, and workflows you developDebug and proactively resolve issues to guarantee seamless functioningWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutionsProvide technical expertise to support and improve agentic workflows leveraging tools such as Roo Code, Synaptic, ChatGPT, Gemini, and GitHub CopilotStay up-to-date with advancements in LLMs and AI technologies to identify and integrate new solutions that drive efficiency
