We create cutting-edge solutions for sustainable mobility and energy storage.Position overview:This is a role where you will be responsible for developing software functions for high-voltage battery management systems. You will model lithium-ion batteries, develop control algorithms, and ensure the functional requirements of the software are met.Key responsibilities include:Developing application software functions for high voltage battery management systemsModeling lithium-ion batteries using equivalent-circuit and physics-based methodsUtilizing model-based development tools to design, simulate, and generate production-ready code for BMS state and safety estimation algorithmsDeveloping test cases and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of the BMS softwareConfiguring and optimizing low-level control software, participating in design reviews, code inspections, and other engineering activities to ensure quality and efficiencyWorking with multi-disciplinary project teams both domestic and abroadQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a reputable universityExperience in Model Based Design and Development (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink)In-depth knowledge of battery modeling using physical systems (e.g. Simscape)A strong understanding of lithium-ion battery chemistries and the physics behind battery behaviorExperience in auto code generation methods, preferably using MATLAB/SimulinkKnowledge of version control systems (GIT) and issue tracking tools like JiraFamiliarity with the AUTOSAR architectureWhat we offer:Participating in fast-paced innovation projects that drive sustainability and performance in the electric vehicle industryOpportunities for continuous learning and professional growthFlexible work arrangements with occasional team and customer meetingsHow to apply:If you have passion for battery systems and electric vehicle technology, we would like to hear from you.
