L1-L2 Looker, L1-L2 Data Visualization ETL tools, L1-L2 Cloud Ops

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with SQL Query)

  • Experience and exposure in Looker product
  • Strong expertise in SQL for querying, scripting, and developing database objects
  • Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security
  • Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services
  • Experience in building tools and platforms that enable Data Visualization and interactive displays
  • Proficiency in industry-standard ETL tools like Power BI, Informatica etc
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related
  • Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
  • Communicating technical information clearly and concisely to users and stakeholders
  • Setting up and tearing down cloud resources (servers, storage, networks) as needed
  • Ensuring consistent and secure configurations across the cloud environment
  • Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
  • English language (verbal and written) Proficiency is must

Good-to-Have

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Data Visualization or ETL tool
  • Infrastructure Certifications related to Data Visualization market standard ETL tools
  • Cloud Certifications related to GCP ACE
