Simulation Engineer OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Simulation Engineer to develop and maintain discrete event simulation models that optimize production workflows and enhance operational efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing.The ideal candidate will validate models with real-world data, optimize production workflows, and improve operational efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing.Analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements, collaborating with process engineers and planners is essential for this role.Presenting simulation results to stakeholders and supporting decision-making with scenario analysis is a critical aspect of the position.RequirementsA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in simulating OSAT or semi-fab production lines, throughput and cycle time optimization, bottleneck analysis, integration with MES and scheduling systems is required.Digital twin platforms, DES platforms, IoT platforms, system integration, data analytics, data visualization, and project management tools knowledge is necessary for this position.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are mandatory for success in this role.Excellent communication and documentation skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Computer Science, or an equivalent degree is preferred.A background in AI-based simulation and optimization platforms, Omniverse, and Plant Simulation is highly desirable but not mandatory.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Simulation Engineer to join our team and contribute to optimizing production workflows and enhancing operational efficiency in semiconductor manufacturing.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements to optimize production workflows.This role offers a chance to showcase technical expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present simulation results to stakeholders.
