Job DescriptionOur company seeks a detail-oriented Product Analyst with expertise in Australian accounting to support product development, testing, and management.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Australian taxation and financial reporting, excellent analytical and documentation abilities, and effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Test Data Preparation: Add comprehensive test data to accounting software and develop use cases for testing.Software Release Testing: Replicate customer queries, execute release testing, create scenarios/cases, validate results, log defects, and collaborate on resolutions.Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams on issues, propose fixes, gather business requirements, and support rollout/post-release validation.Specifications Development: Draft specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to improve software.Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of Australian accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.Excellent analytical and documentation abilities.Effective communication and stakeholder management.Hands-on experience with SMSF software (Class Super, BGL, Supermate preferred).BenefitsFlexible working hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.5 days working week.Company ProfileOur mission is to help the Accounting & SMSF Industry embrace a cloud-based, AI-first accounting and auditing platform that streamlines processes and stays compliant.
