Your role will be pivotal in building reliability models and consulting with both the device development and circuit design teams. Additionally, you will work closely with media health and test solution engineers to develop fault isolation strategies and create new risk assessment methods. This work requires a solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and NAND architecture.Your responsibilities will includeImplement technical risk assessment and NUDD (New, Unique, Different, Difficult) analysis when new designs, circuit, device, layout and process  and lead execution of risk mitigationDeveloping and implementing test methodologies to evaluate wafer-level and circuit-level PRODUCT reliability behavior and performance.Collaboration with technology development, design,  reliability, and characterization teams will be essential for  reliability model building signatures with process conversions and parametric test data.Integrate data sources (metrology, param, product test) to model physical fail modes and providing actionable recommendations for develop quality and reliability mitigation strategies in product design, development and test will be key aspects of your role.Qualifications:A solid understanding of semiconductor device physics and circuit operation.Basic knowledge of NAND memory and semiconductor process technologyProficiency in statistical data analysis.Exceptional communication skills are essential, along with 3 to 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a research institute.Expertise in semiconductor device parametric measurement and proficiency in operating semiconductor lab instrumentation for electrical characterization are highly valued.Good understanding of Advanced CMOS Device Engineering and NAND integration.​Educational qualifications include an M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience.About Micron Technology, Inc.We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life for all.
