Job OpportunityEmpowering retail investors by combining the best of social networks with investing tools is at the core of our mission.Lead development and scaling of high-volume, low-latency backend services to meet the growing demand for efficient investment solutions.Own end-to-end delivery of critical backend initiatives that drive innovation and growth.Architect robust, scalable systems and improve microservices framework to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and redundancy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend features with user demands and exceed expectations.Mentor junior developers and lead by example in coding and process refinement to foster a culture of excellence.Optimize existing systems for maximum speed and scalability to stay ahead of the competition.Spearhead innovations in data security to protect sensitive information and maintain trust.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record in scalable systems.Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.Extensive experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, and serverless architectures.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Strong database management skills with both SQL and NoSQL databases.Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience with financial services applications or social networking platforms will be a significant plus.
