We are a team of Software Architects, Engineers, Equity research analysts, AI engineers who are passionate about equity investing with a vision to make investing simple and provide the best research services.Job Role Overview:As a tech lead at , you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality web and mobile applications. You will leverage your 4-5 years of experience to guide a team of developers, oversee technical strategies, and ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software solutions. This role requires a strong command of backend processes using Python and modern front-end frameworks such as React and Node.js. You will be instrumental in shaping our tech stack and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development, testing, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python and front-end technologies like React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.Architect backend frameworks and services with Python libraries (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) to create RESTful APIs and microservices.Manage integration with databases and ensure optimized ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) implementation.Implement and guide asynchronous programming and API handling, utilizing tools like Celery and Redis for efficient task management.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and refine existing ones.Maintain high code quality, implement development standards, and conduct thorough code reviews.Manage Software Product delivery using Kanban and agile methodologies.Drive performance optimization, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a growth-oriented team environment.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech, MCA).Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on enterprise-grade applications.Technical Proficiency: - Strong expertise in Python and backend frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies, including React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative team environment.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and experience in diagnosing and solving technical challenges.Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-functional teamwork.Preferred Qualifications:Proficiency in version control systems like Git.Deep understanding of RESTful API design and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Proficiency in Agile scrum execution.Experience in designing and supporting enterprise-grade applications.Experience with caching (e.g., Redis) and asynchronous task management (e.g., Celery).Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with front-end design tools.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits package.Leadership opportunities with room for professional growth.Access to state-of-the-art development tools and technologies.A collaborative, inclusive work environment focused on innovation and career development.Please send your resume to Office LocationGurgaomHow to Apply✉️ Email: jsr.nitin@sihoresearch.com
