Job Title: Influencer Sourcing Associate (Entry Level) Location:Gurgaon Experience: 0–1 yearAbout the RolePlanetSpark is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Influencer Sourcing Associate to support our marketing team. This role is focused solely on sourcing influencers, identifying the right profiles, and sharing them with the internal marketing team for further evaluation.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source potential influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and , and across multiple geographies such as India, Middle East and the US. Research influencers based on criteria like niche, follower count, engagement rate, and audience relevance.Build and maintain a targeted influencer database.Evaluate influencer profiles at a basic level (engagement, content quality, audience type).Share qualified leads with the marketing team for next steps.Track sourcing status and maintain daily/weekly reports.Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent execution skills. This is a high execution and high accountability role. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.Strong interest in influencer marketing and social media ecosystems.Good research and internet navigation skills.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, ).Attention to detail and ability to follow defined sourcing criteria.Ability to work with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/MS Excel).PreferredPrior internship or project work related to social media or marketing.Knowledge of influencer discovery toolsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-growing EdTech brand.Exposure to digital marketing processes and influencer ecosystems.Supportive and growth-oriented environment.
