Job Title: AI/ML Programming Trainer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Programming Trainer to design and deliver end-to-end training programs for learners at all levels. This role involves curriculum development, resume and project story enhancement, mock interviews, and mentoring candidates for AI/ML certifications. The trainer should have strong expertise in Python, ML/DL frameworks, cloud AI/ML platforms, and excellent communication skills to ensure candidates are industry-ready.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end training programs (Beginner → Lead level)
  • Cover modules: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning
  • Evaluate & rewrite resumes to align with AI/ML industry standards
  • Review, rewrite, and structure project stories to highlight AI/ML contributions
  • Prepare real-world case studies, ML model deployments & scenario-based interview questions
  • Design situation-based problem-solving, data-driven, and algorithm optimization questions
  • Provide interview readiness documents: Q&A banks, cheat sheets, reference materials
  • Conduct mock interviews (Technical + HR style) with feedback
  • Mentor candidates on AI/ML certifications (TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS AI/ML, Azure ML)
  • Develop training material: presentations, coding assignments, datasets, assessments
  • Ensure candidates articulate answers & ML project stories confidently
  • Continuously update training content with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks


Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in AI/ML Programming across multiple domains
  • Strong expertise in Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, NLP frameworks
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, tuning & deployment
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring & training
  • Ability to rewrite resumes & project stories to match employer expectations
  • Excellent communication, facilitation & presentation skills
  • Relevant certifications preferred (TensorFlow Developer, AWS AI/ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer)
