A senior software engineer with a strong background in C++ development is required to power a crypto trading infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement low-latency systems for high-frequency trading environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on architectural decisions, latency tuning, and stability of trading engineDevelop efficient, high-performance code that meets the demands of real-time trading environmentsParticipate in the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deploymentAnalyse and optimise code for maximum efficiencyRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a premier institution8+ years of deep hands-on C++ development experience and strong DSA conceptsBackground in high-frequency trading (HFT), crypto and/or market-makingProven experience in low latency systemsPassion for speed, stability & clean, scalable codeKnowledge of quantitative analysis, statistics, and risk managementFamiliarity with order execution systems, FIX Protocol and market data feeds would be a plusStrong mathematical and statistical skillsGood rating on competitive coding platforms such as Codeforces, HackerRank, LeetCode, CodeChef etc.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
