Monitor batch jobs as required, support users, and document processes. During upgrades, support impact analysis, testing, and change management to ensure a seamless transition to the new version.Here's how you'll contribute:Support and help maintain the existing Oracle RMS environment coordinating with other team members and business users.Preferred candidate profile -5+ years of Experience as Oracle Retails Functional Expert (MFCS) -With Oracle Retail application of MFCS (RMS, ReSA & RPM) experience and understanding of RICS & web servicesExperience in support as well as development project in the domainExperience in support of batches and integration with other systems.Drive end to end solution design and implementationTake initiative to improve solution footprintHand hold peer team members in delivering changePrepare and executed QA & UAT cases.Handling & resolving integration issuesUnderstanding of tools like - JIRA, POMPrior experience of RMS Upgrade project would be an advantage
