Job OverviewWe're looking for a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a Quality Assurance specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of our products and services.Key Responsibilities:Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct manual and exploratory testing across all platforms (WhatsApp, email, voice, web chat) to identify and document bugs with clear reproduction steps.Bug Validation and Reporting: Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases. Develop and maintain test cases for new and existing features.Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to client-reported issues. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client concerns. Provide regular updates to clients on issue status and resolution timelines.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the engineering team to report and prioritize bugs. Participate in sprint reviews and planning sessions.
