Join us in shaping the future of digital payments in IndiaAbout the Role:We're looking for an experiencedEngineering Managerto lead a team of developers and senior developers and own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of our core payment systems. You'll work closely with product, business teams and founders to bring cutting-edge financial solutions to life.What You'll Do:·      Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, Senior Engineers.·      Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications & APIs.·      Architect efficient database and application solutions.·      Ensure best practices in coding, performance, security, and DevOps.·      Work with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices-based architectures.·      Solve complex technical problems and ensure high system reliability.·      Build complaint solution for India keeping ISO, PCI DSS, SOC2 Type II, data localization and DPDP regulation in mind.What We're Looking For:·      5–8 years of backend engineering experience, including team leadership.·      Strong proficiency in, MERN Stack,React/Express.·      Hands-on withMySQL, MongoDB, Elastic Search,Cassandra.·      Run and maintain Cloud infrastructure·      Deep understanding ofdatabase & application architecture design.·      Experience withcloud platforms (AWS/Azure)and scalable web architectures.·      Excellent problem-solving, algorithmic thinking, and communication skills.·      Proven experience in team and people management.·      Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.·      Experience in Payments Business in India is must to have.·      B.
