Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Domestic IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT recruitment landscape in India and possess the skills to attract top talent efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Hiring Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for new hires.
  • Attracting Candidates: Utilize various channels such as social media, professional networks like Naukri, and other platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Reviewing Resumes: Conduct thorough reviews of resumes to identify the best candidates.
  • Screening Candidates: Perform initial screenings to shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews by liaising with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Negotiating Offers: Manage the offer process, including negotiating job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest hiring trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT recruitment within India.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and current trends.
