This role is in contractual basis
- Minimum of 15 years of total experience in SAP Implementations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives.
- At least Five full life cycle SAP implementations as an SAP Project Manager with multi-module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, SCM, EDI, CRM and others).
Program Management:
- SAP Program Management Resource will assist in various SAP/ERP programs/projects related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.
- Provide project leadership to include ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience, and actively participate and execute high value business solutions. Role includes program planning and deployment, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) integrations, BTP, Ecommerce Integrations and software development.

- Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem-solving skills.
- Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications.
- Creating and negotiating statements of work, program planning and milestone creation. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Global ERP Implementation experience working with multi-national companies in multi-cultural environments is a big plus.
- Evaluate, plan for, and drive organizational change. Assist in managing the approach, tools and processes that will be used to support business transition events.
- Strong experience in Microsoft office suite of tools, strong experience with MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint, Clarity PM and JIRA (Agile Project Management).
- Leading multiple Scrum teams to successfully complete contracted work through constant and clear communication, strong leadership, and development of relationships amongst team members, client peer group, and all stakeholders.
- Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams.
- Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
Change Management:
- Act as the single point of contact for customers, guiding them through the Change Management process.
- Evaluate and record Change Requests using the dedicated Change Management tool, always ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prioritize Change Requests, factoring in potential conflicts and interactions between simultaneous changes.
- Assure all mandatory information is accurately logged within the Change Management tool, including pre/post checks evidence, tests executed, and CAB/CCB(Change Control Board) approval.
- Prepare and present appropriate documentation for Change Advisory Boards (CABs)/CCB
- Develop and incorporate contingency measures within Change Requests.
- Complete change management assessments
- Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
- Consult and coach project teams
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
- Create actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan
- Support change management at the organizational level.
- Develop and execute change management strategy to maximize adoption and minimize resistance during key strategic transitions. This includes:
- Lead Change Management stream and coordinate with the transition team to reach the objectives of the transition.
- Perform change impact assessment, identify stakeholders, develop change strategy, and integrate change & communication activities into transition plan in alignment with transition manager and team.
- Perform proper tracking of deliverables, adjust Change & Communication plan adequately and report status to transition manager.
- Update and maintain change management methodology and best practices, gather stakeholders and benchmarks inputs for improvements.
- Promote Change Management mindset across organization by:
- Training Transition Managers and other audience to methodology and best practices.
- Establishing and leading a community of Change Agents.
- Provide an ad-hoc basis Change consultancy and advisory services to Transition Managers and other stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
- Master’s in computer Engg /MBA an added advantage.
Good to Have skills
- Experience in managing and delivering RISE with SAP S/4HANA project.
- Prior experience working for large Global System Integrators is a big plus.
