About This RoleWe're seeking a seasoned automation expert to join our team as a Workato Engineer. In this position, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable automation solutions using Workato.Main Responsibilities:Design and deploy complex integrations and automation workflows leveraging Workato's platform.Implement and manage recipes, connectors, and APIs to integrate various SaaS-based applications.Develop custom connectors where necessary to meet specific business needs.Data Management & Integration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows across multiple SaaS applications, including Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Google Workspace, and NetSuite.Perform data transformations, validations, and enrichments within Workato recipes to ensure accurate and reliable results.Manage error handling, retry mechanisms, and logging to ensure robust integration performance.Troubleshooting & Optimization:Efficiently diagnose and resolve integration issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.Optimize recipes and workflows for improved performance and reliability.Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance tracking to proactively identify potential issues.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT to understand automation requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Provide training and guidance to junior engineers on best practices for Workato development.Stay up-to-date with the latest Workato features and industry best practices to continually enhance automation strategies.
