Job Description:· Work directly with the users to understand the Procurement business requirements and ability to Able to Provide innovative Solutions to the Complex Business Process and Product Limitations.· Architect solutions for complex business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or complex technical components· Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite· Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members· Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery· Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets· Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications· Closely work with Business and identify the need for new Solutions and Projects. Develop a Road map for the Standard and the homegrown applications.· Able to closely work and lead a team comprising of people with different Skill Sets· Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement· The ability to define, scope, plan and estimate the effort for Procurement Solutions· Demonstrable track record of business consulting and project delivery across multiple projects and industries· Engage business users to support all necessary clarification for the Project Team, Developer Team and Production Support Team to design and implement an effective solution.QUALIFICATIONS:Functional Skills Required:· Experience in Leading multiple projects in Supply Chain and Finance, having Core Expertise in Oracle i-Procurement, Purchasing (P2P) and Payables.· Minimum 6-8 Implementations in P2P Modules (EBS or Cloud) and the Supply chain/ Finance modules covering· Purchasing· iProcurement· i-Supplier Portal· Payables (Preferred and Min experience)· EB Tax. (Preferred Min experience)· SaaS Products and its Integrations with Oracle.· Good Knowledge in Oracle Apps Technical – SQL, PLSQL and able to work closely with the Apps Technical experts.· Able to Architect Inhouse Custom Applications and Integrations.· Experience with global implementations and rollouts· Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlinesTechnical Skills Required:· Strong Hands-On experience in working with RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions) concepts.· Strong Hands-On experience in the Development of OAF Controller Extensions and VO Extensions, Development of Custom OAF Applications, OAF Personalizations.· Good Hands-On experience in Building Customizations on Standard Oracle Workflows, Development of Custom Workflows and Troubleshooting Workflow Issues.Preferred:· Experience with other Supply Chain Modules like ASCP, Demantra, Order Management, Financials Suite· Experience in REST API· Oracle Procurement Cloud Certifications + Other Oracle EBS Certifications.· Hand on experience in Oracle Cloud – Oracle Procurement Cloud and Financials Cloud.Experience:Required:· Minimum 8-10 Years of Core experience with Oracle EBS· Minimum 6-8 Years of Hands on experience in Oracle P2P functions· Minimum experience in Oracle Cloud – Procurement/ FinancialsEducation:Required:· Bachelor's in engineering (B.E) or equivalent degree
