As a full-time senior position, this role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of four years of experience. The Dark Store Manager will ensure optimal store performance, leveraging expertise in quick commerce, last mile delivery, and supply chain management to fulfill customer needs efficiently and effectively.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience of at least four years in managing retail operations, specifically dark store or warehouse management.Extensive knowledge of quick commerce and last mile delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction.Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control principles.Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and digital inventory management systems.Demonstrated ability in leading and motivating a diverse team towards achieving performance targets.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to streamline operations and resolve issues promptly.Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in planning and executing efficient store operations.Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, managers, and external partners.Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the dark store to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.Supervise and guide the store staff, fostering a positive and performance-oriented work environment.Implement logistics optimizations to enhance the efficiency of supply chain operations.Oversee inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and availability to meet demand.Lead process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and cost reductions.Establish and monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement in operations.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the warehouse environment.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives and market demand.Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in store operations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the store operations.
