The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing the Jenzabar ERP system, ensuring smooth integration with institutional processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Jenzabar ERP administration, configuration, and support. Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions within the Jenzabar ERP framework. Maintain, configure, and support modules such as Student, Financial Aid, Finance, HR, and Registration. Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to identify process improvements and optimize ERP workflows. Develop, test, and implement system enhancements, patches, and upgrades. Manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics using Jenzabar tools and third-party integrations. Provide end-user training, documentation, and technical support. Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Jenzabar support, and ensure timely resolution. Partner with IT teams on database management, system performance, and security compliance. Stay updated on new Jenzabar releases and recommend adoption of relevant features. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Jenzabar ERP (Jenzabar One or EX) administration, configuration, and support. Strong knowledge of higher education processes (Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, Finance, HR). Hands-on experience with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis. Familiarity with system integrations (APIs, third-party applications, SIS/ERP modules). Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with reporting platforms (SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports, etc.). Knowledge of database administration (MS SQL Server). Prior experience in a college/university IT or ERP environment. Project management or business analysis experience.
