Power Platform Engineer

Duration: PermanentLocation: BangaloreTimings: Full Time (As per company timings)Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only)Experience: 6-9 YearsRole and Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy low-code applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate (cloud & desktop).- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement scalable and secure applications.- Participate in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on Power Platform best practices, security, performance, and maintainability.- Manage Power Platform administration tasks, including environment setup, app migration, license/credit management, DLP policy implementation, and platform usage monitoring.- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) for innovative low-code automation or AI-enabled use cases.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and connected systems, ensuring smooth operations.- Document solutions, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing and governance compliance.- Mentor and guide junior developers or low-code engineers in Power Platform development, administration, and deployment processes.- Continuously evaluate and adopt new features and tools in Power Platform to improve efficiency and business impact.Mandatory Experience and Skills- Hands-on Expertise in developing web apps and automation workflow using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate (cloud + desktop)- Hands-on Strong knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate cloud/desktops flows.- Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions), and Microsoft Office 365 integration with a strong focus on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other Office 365-based integrated apps build.- Some programming experience in JAVA/.NET/python will be preferred but not mandatory.- Experience managing Power Platform - admin activities such as environment creation, management, apps movement from one environment to another, license credit assignments, tracking and reporting of platform usage, DLP, etc.- Experience participating in solution architecture discussions, providing guidance on Power Apps/automate best practices, security, and scalability.- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams.- Ability to design, code, and deploy applications independently.Good to Have- Experience using Power Apps AI services in Power Apps-based applications.- Experience using Power Automation for low-code RPA use cases.- Prior experience with some programming languages, such as NET/ C# /Java/Python, will be advantageous.Interested candidates please share your resume to balkis.begam@terragig.in
