We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The role involves supporting users, maintaining system integrity, and implementing enhancements that improve business processes and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business needs.
- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and requests.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and best practices.
- Create documentation and guides for system processes and updates.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify improvements.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, and IT teams on system enhancements.
- Support testing and deployment of new Salesforce features and releases.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and industry regulations.
- Manage security settings, audits, and system backups.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant updates
