The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leveraging data analytics to inform business decisions and drive value.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights.Oversee data analysis activities, including data mining, trend analysis, and predictive modeling, to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making.Create and manage comprehensive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that provide stakeholders with accurate and relevant information.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.10-15 years' experience in MIS with Data Leadership driving business value through data analytics in Fintech Industry.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Amazon Quicksight, Power BI, or similar platforms, with the ability to design and implement complex data visualizations.
