Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Specialist

Job Title: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations SpecialistJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 FO specialist to lead finance process design, configuration, and rollout. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to refine Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solution and advise them on how to transform their business using the capabilities of this platform.Oversee the implementation of the F&O project, ensuring timely completion and effective results.Design, manage, and implement multiple functional aspects of the solution, including SCM & Finance modules.Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into working solutions.Familiarity with functional testing and end-to-end process testing using Postman is a plus.Proven experience in technologies and capabilities provided by Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Demonstrated expertise in SCM & Finance modules, with a willingness to explore other modules.Full lifecycle experience of ERP-based programs within Microsoft Dynamics 365, with knowledge of supporting business processes.Able to facilitate workshops to gather and document user needs, and translate them into business processes and product backlogs.Experience delivering projects according to agile methodology, planning projects and releases in sprints, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories.Understanding of the broader Microsoft stack, with the ability to leverage it to create powerful solutions (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365).Benefits:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
