Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to lead our financial reporting and analysis efforts. This role will be pivotal in driving excellence, supporting business processes, and delivering actionable insights through robust reporting and visualization tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize reports using advanced data analytics and visualization techniques;Design and manage interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators.Prepare and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reports; Create dynamic visualizations that facilitate informed decision-making.Support forecasting and budgeting processes by analyzing historical trends and providing recommendations for improvement.Partner with business functions to provide financial analysis, scenario modeling, and decision support; Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.5+ years of experience in financial analysis roles.Advanced proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred AttributesExperience working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative environment.Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and automation.Competencies & Soft SkillsStrategic thinking with ability to see the big picture and align financial analysis with business goals.Collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.Adaptability and comfort with change in dynamic environments.Clear and concise communication with non-financial stakeholders.Proactive problem-solving with ability to identify issues and implement solutions.Accuracy and efficiency of financial reports and dashboards.Stakeholder satisfaction with reporting and analysis support.Compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Quality and impact of insights provided to business stakeholders.Additional InformationThis role requires a unique blend of technical, analytical, and soft skills.
