Job Title: Plant HeadThis is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performance team and drive operational excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across production, quality, maintenance, toolroom, dispatch, and allied departments to ensure smooth workflow, process integrity, and adherence to customer timelines.Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives to achieve world-class manufacturing standards.Ensure quality standards, process consistency, and adherence to specifications for fabricated and coated parts.Maintain operational KPIs including productivity, OEE, Quality, Delivery adherence (OTIF), Inventory turns, Scrap generation, and Manpower efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management.10–15 years' experience in plant management, ideally in racking/fabrication, with exposure to multiple job shop processes.Proven track record of managing large multifunctional teams and delivering plant-level P&L responsibility.Strong leadership and strategic mindset with hands-on exposure to Lean/TPM/Operational Excellence practices.
