Job Title: Recruitment SpecialistLocation: KolkataEmployment Type: Full-timeExperience: 2–4 yearsPreferred About the Role:We are looking for a HR Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be very tech and social media savvy and have a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Relevant experience in hiring is mandatory. Experience in expat hiring will be an added bonus as we also handle south east asia and middle east mandates.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles (both Tech and Non-Tech).Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.Support the recruitment team in daily hiring operations.Develop validated candidate databaseClose client mandates in given timelinesManage client relationship and develop new clients as feasibleRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in any field.2-4 years of experience in recruitment/TAStrong convincing and selling acumen.Strong communication and coordination skills.Good head hunting skills and knowledge of boolean searchWillingness to work fully from office in south Kolkata.Additional Information:Remuneration would be as per market standards.
