About Osmos:
Osmos is a Retail Media Operating System that empowers retailers and publishers to create and scale their ad monetization business. With a suite of cutting-edge adtech products, Osmos provides a seamless, data-driven platform for retail media monetization.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute Osmos-hosted in-person events for retailers, publishers, and brands, ensuring seamless attendee experiences.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for online events to engage and grow our audience.
- Strategically position Osmos in key external events:
- Identify strategically important events
- Secure speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate booth set-up and branding efforts.
- Plan and host targeted meet-ups with decision-makers.
- Market events hosted by Osmos and highlight Osmos’ presence at external events:
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to promote events through social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
- Develop pre-event and post-event communication strategies to amplify reach.
- Create engaging collateral, including event landing pages, invites, and promotional assets.
- Deliver high-quality event experiences across North America, Europe, Africa, and APAC, leveraging creativity and operational excellence.
- Design and implement data-driven frameworks to maximize lead generation and measure event impact, including:
- Tracking key metrics such as attendee engagement, lead quality, and ROI.
- Providing detailed post-event reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in event management or brand experiences in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in planning and executing global events (both in-person and virtual).
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects across diverse regions.
- Results-driven with experience in lead generation strategies.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
