Software Test Automation Specialist

Automation EngineerWe are seeking highly skilled Automation Engineers with strong expertise in NodeJS, WebdriverIO, Mocha, and Chai to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using NodeJS + WebdriverIO + Mocha + Chai.Execute automated test suites for regression, functional, and end-to-end testing.Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners.Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.Ensure test coverage, debugging, and optimization of automation scripts.Work independently and deliver high-quality work within the required timeframe.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with NodeJS, WebdriverIO, Mocha, and Chai.Solid understanding of automation frameworks and best practices.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git preferred).Good understanding of API testing, REST/JSON integrations.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.Strong communication skills.Benefits:Duration: 5–6 months.Extension: Contract may be renewed based on performance.Timezone: We operate within AEST hours.Number of Positions: 4.Automated testing requires dedication, precision, and a keen eye for detail.
