EDI SpecialistThis is an exciting opportunity to leverage your EDI expertise and take on a critical role in ensuring seamless operations with global customers. As an EDI Specialist, you will be responsible for managing EDI integrations, onboarding, and end-to-end coordination.Key Responsibilities:EDI Integration Management: Manage the integration of EDI systems with ERP platforms to ensure smooth data exchange.Customer Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process with global customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation of EDI solutions.EDI Workflow Management: Oversee the management of EDI workflows using Oracle EBS and Oracle E-Commerce Gateway.Transaction Support: Provide support for existing EDI transactions (850/855/856/810) and additional customer requests.Integration Coordination: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between ERP and EDI systems.Communication Leadership: Lead communication with trading partners and ensure smooth execution of EDI transactions.Mandatory Skills:Oracle EBS Expertise: Strong proficiency in Oracle EBS, especially Oracle E-Commerce Gateway (Inbound/Outbound processing).IBM Sterling Familiarity: Exposure to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator – understanding of flows, configurations, tracking, and coordination.EDI Standards Knowledge: Solid understanding of EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.Desirable Qualifications:Global Experience: Experience with global EDI implementations (US/EU/APAC).Transaction Knowledge: Familiarity with transactions: 850, 855, 856, 810, etc.
