Career Guidance Professional Job DescriptionThe role of a Career Guidance Professional is to provide expert guidance to prospective students, understanding their learning needs and offering tailored course recommendations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective students via telephone or online platforms.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of candidates' educational backgrounds, career goals, and provide relevant course suggestions.Analyze and track student interactions to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.Maintain accurate records of student engagements within the CRM system.Provide precise information regarding courses, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes.Prioritize exceptional customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams for streamlined enrollment and onboarding processes.Meet set targets for counseling sessions and conversion rates on a weekly and monthly basis.Required Skills & Competencies:Fundamental: Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English languages.Superior communication and interpersonal skills.Able to empathize with students' queries and respond accordingly.A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve set targets.Proficient understanding of the Ed-Tech sector (desired).Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools.
