About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast-growing CA firm providing comprehensive financial services, including US bookkeeping, tax returns, audits, Australian bookkeeping, BAS returns, and income tax returns. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services to clients across various industries, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and review the work of junior associates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Oversee US and Australian bookkeeping operations, including the preparation and review of financial statements.
  • Review and file Australian BAS returns and income tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, addressing their financial needs and queries professionally and effectively.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of services and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • CA Inter (or equivalent qualification)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounting & Book-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Added Advantage

  • Understanding of US and Australian accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Cashflow Manager).
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in US and Australian bookkeeping, tax, and audit services.
  • Experience in preparing and analysing MIS reports to drive financial decision-making.
  • Experience in filing US/Australian income tax returns.
  • Experience in migration of Accounting softwares.
