Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for preparation of MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Generating CAD models using AutoCAD / ZWCAD / REVIT software's, blending both technique and aesthetics to create final designs.
  • Designing and drafting of complete Electrical / Plumbing / Mechanical or specialised in any one of those areas.
  • Preparation of Shop drawing / Schematic drawing for Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC & Chilled water system & Plumbing services.
  • Drafting sections for clash resolve & analysis
  • Collaborating closely with clients and consultants, addressing technical requirements and obtaining necessary approvals. Presenting design concepts and adaptations to improve construction methodologies and project outcomes.
  • Providing technical assistance to engineers and project managers, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor


Key Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor` degree / Diploma / or similar qualifications in the relevant field
  • Minimum 5 Years Experience in similar nature in the field of Building Service Engineering
  • Fluency in, AutoCAD, Revit
  • Good Communication Skills and public relation Skills
  • Willingness to travel overseas as and when required
