About our Job Opening for a Lead AI/ML EngineerJob Summary:As a skilled and experienced AI/ML professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI and machine learning models that drive business growth and innovation.Lead a team of engineers to ensure successful deployment of projects that leverage AI/ML technologies and provide expert guidance to help them achieve their full potential.Mentor your team members, promote best practices, and contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.Core Responsibilities:Client Interaction: Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and crafting customized proposals that meet their needs and expectations.Demonstrations and Workshops: Design and deliver engaging solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates in line with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines.Model Oversight: Oversee the development and deployment of AI models, particularly those generating content such as text, images, or other media, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry standards.AI Solutions: Leverage expertise in NLP, Python programming, LLMs, Deep Learning, and AI principles to design, develop, implement, and deploy advanced AI solutions that drive transformative change.Expertise Utilization: Apply knowledge of NLP, Python programming, LLMs, Deep Learning, and AI principles to drive the development of cutting-edge technologies that address complex business challenges.Leadership and Initiative: Take charge of projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.Strategic Development: Create value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate, drive growth, and increase profitability through data-driven insights and business acumen.Technology Awareness: Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement and stay ahead of the curve.Problem-Solving and Collaboration: Employ logical thinking and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Client Interfacing: Develop strong client interfacing skills to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring seamless communication and mutual understanding.Project and Team Management: Manage projects and teams efficiently, leveraging project management methodologies and tools to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.Benefits:Our company offers a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and teamwork.
