Transforming Supply Chain Operations through ExpertiseWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to spearhead the implementation of procurement and inventory management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of related SCM modules, enabling them to configure solutions that meet client needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules, with a primary focus on Procurement and Inventory, and working knowledge of related SCM modules.Contribute to solution design, business process mapping, and gap analysis, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Configure Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and related SCM modules to cater to diverse client requirements.Engage with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements, translate them into system configurations, and develop functional specifications.Develop test scripts and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing to ensure system integrity.Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration, integration, and reports development, guaranteeing smooth cutover and post-go-live support.Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional design documents, user manuals, and configuration guides.Design and deliver end-user training programs, providing ongoing support to foster system adoption and optimize processes.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.5-7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.2-3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM (must-have).Hands-on configuration experience in Procurement and Inventory modules.Familiarity with integration points between SCM and Finance modules.Strong understanding of business processes in Supply Chain & Procurement.Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
