The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, prepare margin analysis for projects and providing strategic insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.Business PartneringWork closely with cross-functional teams (production, procurement, sales) to provide financial insights.Assist in evaluating capital expenditure proposals and ROI analysis.Assist in profitability and margin analysisTaxes, Compliance & ControlsBasic knowledge of Income tax and GST.Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS/AS) and US GAAP.Support statutory audits, internal audits, SOX compliances and tax assessments.Data Analysis & ReportingUse ERP systems and BI tools for data extraction and reporting.Present financial insights to senior management in a clear and actionable format.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI certifiedExperience: 4–5 years in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing/ trading setupTechnical Skills:Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP, Oracle or equivalent ERP systemsFamiliarity with costing methodologies and inventory accountingBasic knowledge of AS, Ind AS, GST, Customs and other regulatory frameworksSoft Skills:Analytical mindset with attention to detailStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTime management, prioritization, ability to work with tight deadlinesPreferred Experience:Exposure to plant-level finance operationsExposure to process automation and other finance initiativesWho We Hire?Simply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
