Web Development ExpertWe are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our team and create engaging online experiences that drive conversions.The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing successful website design and development, with a focus on brand and marketing sites. They will be responsible for building and managing our marketing web properties, working closely with the Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that meet conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design standards.Collaborate with designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts.Maintain site performance through regular audits and monitoring.Analyze conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and provide actionable suggestions.This is a key role in our organization, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams to produce engaging online experiences for leads and customers.Required Skills and Qualifications:3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow for responsive website development.Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, along with the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize consistency.Proficiency in design tools like Figma.Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and adapting to changing SEO trends.Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels, events, and scripts.Proficiency in custom code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires exceptional technical problem-solving skills and deadline management capabilities.
