About the Role

As an Enrichment Specialist, you will be the human touchpoint in our platform-based delivery model. You will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and guiding candidates through the Taggd platform, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. You will act as a brand ambassador for our client organizations, effectively communicating their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and promoting their employer brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Search & Engagement: Proactively search and identify potential candidates who match client requirements using Taggd's platform and tools.
  • Engage with candidates through various channels (e.g., in-platform messaging, email, phone) to build relationships and assess their suitability.
  • Answer candidate queries, provide support, and address concerns throughout the hiring process.
  • Encourage candidate participation in assessments and interviews, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
  • EVP Promotion & Client Representation: Develop a deep understanding of each client organization's culture, values, and EVP.
  • Effectively communicate the EVP to candidates, highlighting the unique benefits and opportunities offered by the client.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and candidates, ensuring a smooth and transparent hiring process.
  • Platform Optimization: Provide feedback on platform usability and suggest improvements to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge resources and support materials for candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in candidate engagement and recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using technology and online platforms.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and EVP development.
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies.
