Job Title: Zoho One Automation SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented automation specialist to join our team and support our digital operations, application management, and business process optimization using the Zoho One suite.The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design workflows, manage daily platform activities, and optimize processes through Zoho applications.Setup, configure, and customize Zoho One apps such as CRM, Books, Projects, People, Desk, Creator to meet business requirements.User onboarding, permission settings, and system updates support is a must.Develop automation rules, triggers, and blueprints to streamline business processes.Design custom forms, modules, and dashboards to enhance user experience.Automation process testing and troubleshooting are key responsibilities.Data import, cleaning, and maintenance inside Zoho apps.Create data-driven reports and analytics dashboards for various departments.Ensure accurate and reliable data across the system.Document business processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.Prepare training materials and user guides for colleagues.Provide first-level technical support to internal users.Identify system issues and escalate when necessary.Track and document support tickets.Participate in digital transformation and system integration projects.Collaborate with developers on custom functions (Deluge) and APIs.Requirements & Qualifications:Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Familiarity with CRM systems or cloud-based platforms.Comfort with tools like Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and documentation abilities.Eagerness to learn Zoho applications and business automation.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a chance to contribute to business success.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter explaining why you're the ideal fit for this role.
