Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Support Engineer to join our team.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide technical assistance to users on GIS-based applications.Handle all customer/user-assigned issues efficiently.Evaluate issues, troubleshoot, and deliver effective resolutions.Ensure strict adherence to operational processes and SLAs.Coordinate with L2 & L3 support team members for transferred issue status updates.Offer application support during outages/degradations or any enhancements.Verify that data feeds required by the application are properly loaded into the solution via automated modules.Interact with stakeholders regarding issue resolutions.Perform incident/change/release management activities.Troubleshoot end-user problems.We require our engineers to work in a high-energy environment. The successful candidate will report to the Customer Operational Manager and be prepared to work rotational 24*7 shifts (weekly/bi-weekly).Required SkillsThe ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
