Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager located in Jaipur. The selected candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of MEP projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating submittals, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and supervising the installation and implementation of plumbing and MEP systems. The candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including the ability to oversee and coordinate their design, installation, and functionalityExperience in project management tasks such as planning, organizing, executing, and delivering projects on scheduleSkills in budgeting and cost control to ensure project expenditures remain within guidelinesKnowledge of reviewing and managing submittals and technical documentation related to projectsKnowledge of plumbing systems and their implementation in constructionStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsA degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred; PMP certification is an added advantagePrior experience in MEP works within the real estate or construction sector is highly desirable
