Job Role: Multilingual InterpreterThis is a dynamic role that involves providing accurate interpretation in multiple languages during telephone and video conversations between individuals of different languages and backgrounds.Main Responsibilities:To listen carefully to speakers' statements to interpret them correctly, ask questions when necessary, and maintain neutrality and impartiality.To provide precise interpretation between two different language speaking persons.Essential Skills and Qualifications:High proficiency in multiple languages including Urdu/Gujarati/Punjabi/Bengali/Nepali/French and English.A good understanding and command over language.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in rotational shifts.Key Requirements:The ability to think critically and remain focused under pressure.A strong sense of empathy and cultural awareness.The capacity to learn and adapt quickly to new situations.
