System Support Engineer

With a strategic vision and the resources and stability of the Group, we provide an international playground where our employees can truly impact the future of traveling.Key responsibilities:Technical Support and TroubleshootingBe the first point of contact to resolve user inquiries and issues through ticketing systems, chats, emails, or in person.Handle complex IT problems involving hardware, software, and networks to minimize downtime.System Maintenance and UpgradesRegularly update servers and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.Project ManagementLead IT projects by planning, executing, and overseeing tasks to ensure completion on schedule and budget friendlyUser AssistanceMeeting Tools: Ensure audio-visual equipment is always ready. Be the go-to for Zoom and other conferencing tools.Train users on new tech and systems and provide security awarenessKeep a detailed log of user issues and solutions in the Jira Service DeskPerformance MonitoringMonitor system performance and recommend improvements.Network SupportSupport LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Resolve connectivity issues and work with senior IT staff on complex problems.CollaborationWork with IT teams on projects and upgrades.
