🔹 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer (Web3) to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in backend development, databases, and blockchain, along with hands-on experience building dApps, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This is a Night Shift position, ideal for motivated developers ready to take ownership of challenging Web3 projects.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems for Web3 applications.
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure security, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate smart contracts and blockchain networks with backend services.
- Develop and maintain APIs for decentralized applications.
- Collaborate with frontend, blockchain, and product teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure high system reliability.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong skills in Node.js / Python / Go (or similar).
- Expertise in databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL/NoSQL).
- Solid experience building and deploying dApps.
- Strong command over blockchain ecosystems (Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, etc.).
- Smart contract integration experience.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- Immediate joiner and comfortable with night shift.
