Job Title: Supreme Court AdvocateThe ideal candidate will be part of our national panel of advocates representing clients before State High Courts and handling diverse matters in High Courts across India.Main Responsibilities:Represent clients before respective State High Courts ensuring the highest standards of legal representation.Draft writ petitions, appeals, revisions, SLP-related drafts, and legal notices with accuracy and precision.Handle urgent matters including stay applications, interim relief requests, and other critical cases with utmost priority.Provide timely and accurate legal opinions, conduct thorough research, and develop effective case strategies for successful outcomes.Collaborate with our internal legal team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.Foster a client-focused service culture ensuring timely responses, ethical practice, and exceptional customer satisfaction.Requirements:Possess an LL.B / LL.M degree from a recognized university.Hold a valid Bar Council enrollment and license to practice in High Courts.A minimum of 3 years of active High Court practice experience is required.Demonstrate strong knowledge of writ jurisdiction, procedures, and relevant case law.Exhibit excellent drafting, research, argumentation, and client-handling skills.Showcase the ability to manage urgent filings and fast-paced litigation effectively.
