Job OverviewThe Senior Specialist - Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for major focus areas such as Cost, Revenue, Profit and Loss, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Month-End Closing, and Data Visualization.Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP, specifically related to revenue and cost accounting.Perform month-end close activities, including accruals and revenue/expense reclassifications.Prepare detailed financial reports and graphical dashboards to support leadership insights and decisions.Additional responsibilities include:Support Business Partners and Profitability teams by reviewing cost and revenue trends and identifying spend variances against plan.Deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting for senior management.Provide accurate financial forecasts based on business trends and accounting principles.Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function.Utilize tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other analytical software for enhanced financial analysis.
