Watch "Culture is our Passion" to learn more about us.We are looking for someone who demonstrates:Passionate drive to innovate and createIntegrity to the coreEnthusiastic customer focusConsistent interactive teamworkDesire for continuous improvement and top performance.Here is a glimpse of what you will do:Provides technical support for Nextracker customers worldwide, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer valueDevelop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated toolsSupports the Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and/or Program Manager in all activities that drive Customer Satisfaction and order fulfilmentHave strong customer care experience and be able to effectively communicate resolutions for customer concernsResponsible for processing RFIs, NCRs, RMAs, transmittals, Change Orders, Lien releasesSupport Nextracker product procurement and logisticsPossible on-site work to evaluate/document construction progress and respond to Customer queriesEnsures project documentation is complete and verified at all stages of project implementation, including but not limited to schedules, invoices, budgets, POs, SOsManages weekly Customers calls, kick off meetings, hand-off meetingsPlays key role in cross-functional product teams, providing recommendations based on systems integration expertise and customer needs assessments and feedbackSupports product development, sales, and marketing as requestedInternal customer voice. An advocate for the customer within NextrackerHere is some of what you will need (required):Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience with 10+ years of experience in Project Management from Solar industry.Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applicationsExcellent customer service skillsExperience in supply chain procurement and logisticsUnderstanding of dealing with customer support and O&M issues.Extensive hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHere are a few of our preferred experiencesDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesPassion for solar is a plusSome travel may be required.At Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers.
