Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with expertise in Mechanical Engineering, specifically in the field of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Concepts.The ideal candidate must possess excellent project management skills and have a good understanding of HVAC Design Principles.Responsibilities:Conduct meetings with clients to gather project-related inputs and understand the detailed scope of the project.Prepare design basis reports and corresponding engineering documents related to HVAC systems.Review HVAC Zoning drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.Conceptualize and review air flow diagrams to optimize system performance.Closely coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective communication of HVAC utility requirements.Work closely with draftsmen to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.Evaluate heat load based on input data.Prepare bills of quantity (BOQ) and tender related documents for HVAC systems.Analyze and compare bids submitted by vendors against tender documents.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.Experience:A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HVAC Design is necessary.Prior experience in Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Consultancy is preferred.
