With a strong background in building services engineering and a passion for designing ultra-efficient systems, you will play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable living.Requirements:A minimum B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree or chartered status (CIBSE/IMechE) is strongly preferred.5+ years of experience in mechanical services design for residential or mixed-use developments, with a track record of delivering high-performance projects.Deep knowledge of heating and domestic hot water systems, including heat pumps, low-temperature networks, thermal storage, and advanced control strategies.Proficiency in thermal modeling, load calculations, and relevant software (e.g., IES VE, TAS, EnergyPlus, Revit, AutoCAD).Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a drive to challenge conventional practice.
